At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Made-to-order items
• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift bundles

⚠️ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

📦 SHIPPING ISSUES

Little Lights MF is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

⏳ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

💳 REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if:

• An order cannot be fulfilled
• A replacement is not available for a defective item

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
